Privacy
Novum Agenda is a public agenda you can read without an account. We set no cookies, use no analytics or advertising trackers, and load nothing from other websites. This page explains the little personal data that is still processed when you visit the site or write to us.
Who is responsible
Novum Agenda is run by A. Correal, based in Spain, who is the controller of your personal data under the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR). For anything about this page or your data, write to hello@novumagenda.eu.
When you visit the site
The site is delivered by Cloudflare, Inc. Like any web host, Cloudflare receives technical data with each request: your IP address, the page requested, the time, and your browser's description of itself (user agent). This is needed to send you the page and to protect the site against attacks and abuse.
- Legal basis: our legitimate interest in running a secure website (Article 6(1)(f) GDPR).
- Retention: we do not keep visitor logs ourselves. Cloudflare keeps technical data only as long as needed for delivery and security, as described in its privacy policy.
- Cookies: none. You will not see a cookie banner because there is nothing to consent to.
When you email us
Messages to any @novumagenda.eu address are forwarded by Cloudflare to a mailbox hosted by Google. We process your email address, name and whatever you write, only to read and answer your message and to handle what you ask for, such as a correction or an event suggestion.
- Legal basis: our legitimate interest in answering messages (Article 6(1)(f) GDPR), or steps you ask us to take before an agreement (Article 6(1)(b) GDPR).
- Retention: as long as needed to handle your message and any follow-up. We review old correspondence at least once a year and delete what is no longer needed.
Links to other sites
Every event links to the organiser's own website. When you follow such a link, you leave Novum Agenda and that website's own privacy policy applies. We do not tell organisers anything about you.
Who helps us
We use two service providers, who process data on our behalf and under agreements with us:
- Cloudflare, Inc. (USA): hosting, security and email forwarding.
- Google: the mailbox that receives forwarded email.
Both may process data outside the European Union. These transfers rely on the EU–US Data Privacy Framework, under which both companies are certified, and on the European Commission's standard contractual clauses. We do not sell personal data or use it for advertising, and we make no automated decisions about you.
Your rights
You can ask us for access to your personal data, to correct or delete it, to restrict or object to its use, and for a copy in a portable format. Write to hello@novumagenda.eu; we answer within one month. You can also complain to the Spanish data protection authority, the Agencia Española de Protección de Datos, or to the authority in the EU country where you live.
Changes
We will update this page when the site changes, for example before we add forms or a newsletter. The date below shows the latest version.
